  • Focus on tuning into which frequency you want to reach and tuning out of which frequency you no longer want.

  • Learn healing tools and how to connect with your subtle energy field to prevent illness before it reaches the physical body.

  • Rewiring the brain and reprogramming the subconscious.

  • Focus on mental health with a mental health specialist to navigate through depression, anxiety, insomnia, and divorce/break-ups.

What's Included:

  • 7 modality approach to improving all areas of health: Physical, Mental, Social, Occupational, Emotional, Environmental, and Spiritual.

  • In-person or Zoom/FaceTime consults.

  • Healing from the root cause instead of a temporary fix to mask symptoms. The information gained will last a lifetime and can be shared with those you love most.

  • Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition guidance.

  • Herbal medicine recommendations.

  • Grocery Store Tour (How to read food labels).

    Encompasses optimism, self-esteem, self-acceptance & the ability to experience and cope with feelings independently & interpersonally.
